6. Portland is only major city in our Holy Ground, the Columbia River Basin:
   1. We would like to Make the City Safe, but it’s become very Evil. Therefore, we’ll do our best with the Corridor of the Columbia River Basin instead.
   2. Hopefully The Afrikaners Will Be Able To Turn Portland, Oregon Around
      1. The Typical Guidance to Business is To Avoid Portland at this point, and has been for some years
      2. Most of the riots and arsons were wage related

7. Lack of Human Capital for Export Nation, causing Need for Afrikaner Too Repopulate:
   1. Create Incentives for Afrikaners to Make Portland Oregon Safe
   2. Portland is not a helpful recruiting tool, despite it’s location at this point. Hope to turn that around with a little Afrikaner help!
