1. Together with are Allies we create a Greater Hong Kong, with the liberation of Hong Kong and adjacent provinces of Guangdong, Hainan & Guangxi. That provides some ground and land bridge to Vietnam that can’t be naturally flanked.

Robust weapon systems for a Greater Hong Kong, including Nuclear Weapons, these are people we can trust and this initiative is about winning without warfare we’re not invading anyone or backing someone’s General War.  It says too Beijing, that there are consequences to your expansionist and death camp policies. That when you play with fire, prepared to be burned.
3. An Independent Judiciary with its own security, and a high standard of Rule of Law throughout China.
4. Free Press, Free Speech, Freedom of Assembly Free Elections and Political Parties
5. Actual Recognition and implementation of and Courts. Especially on privacy law, and protecting Intellectual Property Rights.
6. With outside inspections of civilian, government and military:
   1. CCP Had Agreed to Not Do Virus or Biological WMD, needs enforceability
   2. Includes extradition, indictments, expropriation and refunds for violations9. All the Camps closed
7. Police Re-Training Programs and Indictments for Some

10. Military Oath is To the People NOT the Socialist Party
